Some inspectors claim to be able to visually inspect for mold without taking any samples. That is not valid: mold frequently thrives where you cannot see it — behind a dishwasher, in an attic, in a crawl space, in the wall behind a leaking toilet.
We specialize in collecting the appropriate type and number of samples required for the building in question, from a studio apartment to a high-rise or medical office.
As part of our sampling process we use the EPA-developed research tool ERMI (Environmental Relative Mold Index) when it is prescribed by an environmental medical physician or professional.
